We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.

For custom orders, an advance payment may be required before production begins.

3. Products

All products are handmade, which means each item is unique.
Slight variations in color, pattern, or design may occur and are not considered defects.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Payment

Payments must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.
Orders will only be processed after payment is received.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Standard items are shipped within 3 business days after payment.
Custom orders are produced and shipped within 7–14 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective items.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Custom-made products are non-refundable.

8. Custom Orders

Custom orders are created according to the customer's requirements.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of KeNi Art and may not be used without permission.
